r) consider acceding to 1951 Convention relating to Status of Refugees, its 1967 Protocol, and conventions on statelessness

c) no information has been provided in report on extent of trafficking in women and girls, or on measures taken to prevent and combat that phenomenon in country

w) State party’s accession to the 1997 Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their Destruction on 18 Aug 2005

r) while taking into account the United Nations Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (General Assembly res. 48/96) and the Committee’s general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities, take all necessary measures to:

- consider ratifying the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol

r) respond to concerns expressed in present concluding comments in next periodic report due in 2006

r) take all appropriate measures to ensure the full implementation of the present recommendations, inter alia, by transmitting them to the upper and lower house of Parliament and relevant administrative bodies, for consideration and further action

r) submit its combined third, fourth and fifth periodic report on 1 September 2012
r) this report should not exceed 120 pages (see CRC/C/118)

r) while recalling the State party’s obligation systematically and continuously to implement all the provisions of CEDAW, the Committee views the concerns and recommendations identified in the present concluding observations as requiring the priority attention of the State party between now and the submission of the next periodic report
r) focus on those areas in its implementation activities and to report on action taken and results achieved in its next periodic report
r) submit the present concluding observations to all relevant ministries, other Government structures at all levels, Parliament and the judiciary in order to ensure their effective implementation

w) cooperation with UN agencies and other international organizations such as in formulation and signing of Master Plan of Operations in cooperation with UNICEF
