r) focus on those areas in its implementation activities and to report on actions taken and results achieved in its next periodic report
r) submit the present concluding observations to all relevant ministries and to the Parliament so as to ensure their full implementation

r) respond to the concerns expressed in the present concluding observations in its next periodic report in accordance with article 18 of CEDAW
r) submit fifth periodic report by 9 August 2013

i) include in its fourth periodic report, due to be submitted by 1 August 2013, specific, up-to-date information on follow-up action taken on all the recommendations made and on the implementation of the ICCPR as a whole
r) the fourth periodic report be prepared in consultation with civil society organizations operating in the State party

r) reports be made readily available and accessible to the public at the time of their submission, and that the observations of the Committee with respect to these reports be similarly publicized in the official and other commonly used languages, as appropriate

r) seek assistance from WHO to adopt definition of maternal death and take steps to unify methodologies for collecting, calculating and assessing data for continuous monitoring and evaluation of health services in field of safe motherhood
r) expand and make available to women a comprehensive range of contraceptives

> despite the assumption of many responsibilities, the Government informed the Representative of the necessity of continued international support, to a lesser extent in the form of financial contributions and more in the areas of technical expertise and capacity‑building
r) the international community [should] continue to support the Government in making sure that the outstanding needs of internally displaced persons are fully addressed
> humanitarian assistance may continue to be required to a lesser extent as the Government scales up its own investment
> the main role of international and non‑governmental organizations [consists in] contributing technical expertise, monitoring progress and providing technical assistance, for example for needs assessment surveys, in particular in the areas of livelihoods and economic opportunities for the displaced; in health, including mental health; and in education
> international actors, in particular the UN country team, have an important role to play in assisting the Government and advising on a rights‑based approach in its return planning

w) under art. 151 of Constitution, international legal obligations, including rights stipulated in ICCPR, prevail over domestic legislation in event of conflict between them

w) extensive legal and legislative reforms, including adoption of new Criminal Code and new Code of Criminal Procedure

r) ensure that offence of torture in national legislation fully complies with definition provided in article 1 of CAT
